• Small Room - (Max cap. 30 people)  $250 for 4 hours 

• Large Room - (Max cap. 45 people) $300 for 4 hours 

• Both Large and Small Rooms -(Max cap. 75 people) $450 for 4 hours

• Any additional hours for party are charged at $50 an hour

• Any additonal half hour (30 mins) are charged at $25 per half hour

• The kitchen is available to rent for $100  (Large Room MUST be rented)

• The pavilion is available to rent for $150 for 4 hours (Indoor restrooms and on-site building attendant additional fee)

• ALL RENTALS INCLUDE A $150 SECURITY DEPOSIT (refunded after rental if no damages occur and ALL rental application rules are followed)

• Celebratory Sign Rental: $25 for 48 hours

• NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED!!
