Board of Commissioners and Staff
Secretary- Jill Borst
Jborst@justiceparkdistrict.com
My roots run deep in Justice. I lived here for 28 years before moving out of town for a little while. I am so happy to be back where I belong! Although I didn't live in town for a while, I have always been a part of the Justice community, I have been a teacher at Brodnicki Elementary School for 20 years. I served as a commissioner on the Justice Park District board from 1993-1994. The changes that have happened since then are amazing and I couldn't be more proud to be a part of this wonderful organization. I look so forward to working with the JPD board and can't wait to see even more great things happen!
Treasurer- Tabatha Sutera
Tabatha Sutera was elected as a Commissioner in April 2019 to the Justice Park Board. She has been a lifelong resident of Justice; she and her husband are now raising their four children in Justice. Tabatha is employed as an administrative assistant. Tabatha would like to see a vibrant park district with lots of energy and fun, interactive programs for our children, residents, and families alike!
Commissioner- Lori Leahy
Hi I’m Lori. I have been a resident of Justice all of my life and grew up enjoying plenty of time playing at our wonderful parks with friends and family. Now having my own little one, I love spending time with all of the wonderful outside activities Justice has to offer. I am so lucky to be apart of a wonderful organization with truly incredible leaders making such a positive difference for our community!
